Our spoons are also finished with a Tung oil in order to seal the grain in the wood to prevent water damage as well as keeping a brilliant shine! Our spoons are not dishwasher safe, and should be hand washed with a sponge, or dish cloth please! Also, since these are wood spoons, they should not be left in standing or boiling water for an extended period of time. If you have any issues with our spoons, need them refinished, or really enjoy using them let us know
