This was another odd request we got but turned out to be a fun project. This is made of a solid piece of maple with walnut handles. It features a 304 stainless steel rod, and food-grade plastic bearings. Everything, including the handle, is press-fit, so no glue or adhesives are used. It’s finished with two layers of tung oil so the whole thing is food-safe and super effective in the kitchen!
